Introduction: Greetings one and all! You will be going on a wonderful and magical journey to a whole new world. You will be discovering the world of ladybugs. You are going on a ladybug catching adventure and your job is to be a ladybug fact catcher and catch all the information you can about ladybugs. Task: By the end of this web quest, you will be able to explain the life cycle of the butterfly, describe where they live, describe what they eat, name their body parts and a few other interesting facts. You will even discover there are many different kinds of butterflies all around the world. Duties/Process:
Your Job: 1. Visit Enchanted Learning and see if you can figure out the four stages of development of a ladybug. Write them down and turn them in to Mrs. Cowan. 2. Visit Fly Away Home to see if you can figure out what you need to feed a ladybug. Write at least 4 things that feed ladybugs and submit to Mrs. Cowan. 3. Visit any of the links below to gather additional information on the ladybug. 5. Write a report describing everything you have learned about ladybugs. Be sure to include a picture. Submit it to Mrs. Cowan so that she may scan it and post your wonderful work. Good Luck! Rubric/Evaluation:
